FCCV2 PTFE lined ceramic ball valves

Using mechanically inner-lined PTFE material with higher pressure resistance, heat resistance and vacuum resistancecan ensure the valves free from thin, non-uniform and easily desquamative inner-lining. Ceramic material used for the ball center has the excellent properties such as high toughness, high strength, high hardness, highly wear-proof, high corrosion resistance and good self-lubricating, loe heat conductivity and good surface quality( Ra 0.01 um). Free from easily and aging and sealing leakage, this kind of valve can be used for petrochemical, pharmaceutical and water processing industry.

 

Variable flux will be obtained when different openings on the ball are selected. It is easy for automatic control.
